Implementation Phases
Phase 1- Knowledge Transfer
The HRG Philippines Team observes and records activities performed by the client Subject Matter Expert (SME) via web conferencing.
Phase 2 - Process Documentation
Process documentation is created (if not available) by the Philippines team and reviewed with the client SME.
Phase 3 - Reverse Knowledge Transfer
The client SME observes the allocated activities performed by the Philippines team.
Phase 4 - Go Live
The Philippines team starts performing the activities.
Phase 5 - Communication & Reporting
Periodic updates and reporting are provided to ensure activities are performed with high quality and in a timely manner.
